I believe healthy skin is about so much more than the products you use or the treatments you have.

It's about feeling confident in your own skin needs, understanding what your skin needs and having someone you trust to guide you every step of the way.

Whether you're visiting me for a bespoke facial, specialist waxing or aesthetics, my goal is always the same - to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel listened to, cared for and completely at ease.

Because no two people are the same and neither is their skin.

If you'd told me in my twenties that one day I would own my own skin clinic, I probably would never have believed you.

After leaving school I spent many years working in office based roles, including fourteen years at a local solicitors practice. Beauty was always in the background - I completed my first beauty qualification way back in my twenties and continued training whenever I could - but like so many people, family and financial security came first.

Then in my forties, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life.

I handed my notice in without really knowing what came next.

I joined the NHS, knowing the shift pattern would give me flexibility to build something of my own alongside it. Around that time I completed my first chemical peel training and realised what I'd probably known all along.

Looking back, I think It always had been.

As a little girl I loved making my own "skincare" and perfumes in my mum's kitchen and by the time I was fifteen I was spending every spare penny on the famous "Pink Oil of Olay" moisturiser.

The name Skinsatonal By Sam came after my chemical peel training. A friend and I were texting ideas for a complete rebrand and when she suggested Skinsational, I instantly knew it was the one.

I've never looked back.

The thing I love most about my work isn't actually the treatments.

It's about what happens afterwards.

It's when someone tells me they finally feel confident leaving the house without makeup.

When they understand their skin for the first time.

Or when they look in the mirror and smile because they can see a difference.

Helping people feel more confident is the most rewarding part of what I do.

Creating a safe space is just as important to me as achieving great results.

One of the compliments I'll never forget came from a young client who visits me for intimate waxing. She told me she'd never felt so safe in a treatment room before.

That meant more to me than she probably realised.

Whether your'e eighteen or eighty, visiting for skin, aesthetics or waxing, I want you to feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk through my door.

Kindness costs nothing.

You'll never hear me speaking negatively about another client or recommending something you simply don't need. Trust is something that's earned and I never take that for granted.

Over the years Ive continued to invest in my education, achieving qualifications upto VTCT Level 5 and training with some of the industries most respected educators and brands.

I'm incredibly proud to have been recognised as Best Waxing Specialist at the National Beauty Awards twice, to have been runner-up for Best Skin Specialist, and to have been named a finalist again for 2027.

But if I'm honest....

I'm just as proud of the relationships I've built with my clients.

My brand slogan, Healthy Skin. Beautifully Personalised. Isn't just a tagline.

It's the way I work.

Every treatment I perform and every skincare plan I create is tailored to the individual sitting in front of me, taking into account not only their skin concerns, but their lifestyle, goals and how their skin presents on that particular day.

There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach here.

And I never want there to be.

Looking ahead, I still have so many ambitions for Skinsational By Sam.

I'd love to continue developing personalised skin programmes, introduce memberships and expand my education and training.

Most of all, I'd love Skinsational By Sam to become the clinic people naturally think of when they're looking for trusted, personalised skin advice in Liverpool.

Not because I've shouted the loudest.

But because I've consistently cared the most.

If there's one thing I hope every client remembers...

... It isn't just the treatment they've had.

It's how they felt.

Relaxed. Listened to. Confident.

Like they'd found someone who genuinely wanted the very best for them.

Because beautiful skin is wonderful.

But feeling comfortable in your own skin is even better.
